Q5: Do you offer refunds on digital products?
A: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products all sales are final. However, if you experience any technical issues with your download or the file doesn't work as described, contact chris@hilkeyfinancial.com and we will resolve it immediately — no questions asked.
Q6: What if I need help using the template?
A: Every toolkit includes a START HERE tab with a complete color key and instructions. Blue cells are your inputs, black cells are automatic formulas — never touch the black cells. If you get stuck email chris@hilkeyfinancial.com and we typically respond within a few hours during business days.
